Heal-N-Soothe Herbal Pain Reliever
Prescription drugs are not the answer!
Get Safe & Natural Nerve Pain Relief
We all know that prescription painkillers are not good for us, especially if you’re using them continuously, but what else is there that can give us quick lower back and sciatic nerve pain relief? Is there even anything at all, or are we on a wild goose chase?
If you read my blog regularly you’ll know that I’ve had back pain of varying degrees for over 5 years. I can usually deal with the pain and just push through until the end of the day, but sometimes it get’s extremely painful — especially if I do any heavy lifting or strenuous work.
I have heard so many people say things like “Once you’ve got back pain you’ve got it forever. It never goes away, so be careful and lift with your legs.” and for a while I thought it was true. Of course I did, I tried chiropractic, massage therapy, physio therapy, acupuncture, yoga, and spinal decompression. I did my stretches (and still do), but the pain just doesn’t quit. I’m still not completely convinced that there’s a simple fix, but at least now I have a bit of hope.
Over the last 6 months or so, the back pain began getting worse and I started getting extreme pain going down from my butt into my leg. When I sit in the wrong chair or stand the wrong way I feel tingly ‘pins and needles’ down my leg and into my calf muscle. I do prefer the tingling over the intense shooting/aching/stabbing pains I get almost every night after a long shift at work, though.
If you too are experiencing back pain or sciatica I’m happy to tell you that I’ve found a safe and natural alternative to prescription pain killers and NSAIDs (Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) and it actually works. I don’t know if you’re like me, but most of the time prescription anti-inflammatory drugs don’t seem to do a whole lot, and things like advil, tylenol, and ibuprofen all only dull the pain a little and don’t always work very well. You also know that taking those drugs on a regular basis will damage other parts of your body like the lining of your stomach, your digestive system, and even your brain. I don’t like taking pharmaceutical drugs and I try to live as ‘natural’ as I can. I’m not super natural or anything (pardon the pun), but I try to be fairly health conscious.
Because my pain has been increasing recently I’ve been searching for the best way to get some sciatic relief and heal my lower back — if it’s even possible… But I truly believe that anything is possible, so I know there must be a way. I’ve been doing some serious research and I’ve come across some interesting information and a few products that actually work, and I want to share what I’ve found with as many other people as I can. If it can help me it can probably help you too.
About a month ago I signed up to get a free trial bottle of a natural systemic enzyme formula called Heal-n-Soothe. I was skeptical at first, but when it came in the mail about 2 weeks ago I was pleasantly surprised. The stuff actually works. I’m not going to tell you it’s some magical wonder cure that gives immediate and lasting sciatic relief, but it does just as good a job, or better, than advil, tylenol, ibuprofen, and all of the NSAIDs that I’ve tried. The best part is that it’s completely safe to use — there are no known side effects.
Heal-n-Soothe is made of natural enzymes that come from fruits and vegetables, as well as a few pain-relieving herbs.

This powerful inflammation fighting formula includes:
Proteolytic Systemic Enzymes – Research indicates these enzymes work throughout your entire body to help it fight inflammation, breakdown scar tissue, cleanse the blood and also boost cardiovascular, respiratory and immune function.
Bromelain – This special natural compound, which is extracted from pineapple, contains several proteolytic enzymes that have been shown to short-circuit multiple pain pathways in the body.
It has been studied extensively since it’s discovery in 1957 and hundreds of studies have shown it to reduce inflammation, reduce and prevent swelling and remove waste and toxins from the blood.
Turmeric Extract – is taken from the dried root of the plant and it has been used to treat a wide range of ailments for thousands of years.
Studies have shown that it reduces inflammation by blocking both the COX-2 and 5-LOX enzymes which create pain. In addition, Turmeric’s antioxidant powers work to seek out and destroy free radicals in the body which contribute to pain and swelling.
Papain - contains a wide range of proteolytic enzymes and works by breaking down proteins. In studies it has been shown to be effective in the treatment of numerous conditions such as diabetes, herpes, cancer and digestion issues like bloating and chronic indigestion. Papain has also been shown to attack tumor cells and boost the immune system.
Boswellia Extract – One of the most widely used herbs in Indian medicine, it has been used for centuries by traditional Indian healers to reduce pain and inflammation. Hundreds of studies have been done proving it’s effectiveness and in addition to being a powerful and safe, natural anti-inflammatory, Boswellia has also been shown to support healthy blood circulation.
Rutin - Found naturally in a variety of plants and fruits, this flavanoid has been shown to have a strong anti-inflammatory effect due to it’s powerful anti-oxidant activity.
Ginger Extract – Used for over 2,500 years in Asia, Ginger has been used to treat nausea and to reduce pain and inflammation. It works by decreasing the amount of prostaglandins, which are what cause you to feel pain.
Devil’s Claw – another time-tested natural pain reliever, Devil’s Claw has been used for hundreds if not thousands of years in Africa. Numerous studies have proven it’s effectiveness in reducing pain and inflammation. In fact, one study found that Devil’s Claw was as effective in treating arthritis pain as common drug, phenylbutazone.
L-gluathione – a compound found in nearly all forms of life, L-gluathione protects the body from oxidative damage by acting as a buffer.
Vitamin E – This fat-soluble vitamin is an essential nutrient for humans and is known for it’s powerful anti-oxidant properties. Vitamin E has been shown to be beneficial in numerous situations and conditions such as controlling high blood pressure, maintaining healthy and balanced cholesterol levels, boost immune system function and improving circulatory conditions, skin health, memory and more.
Citrus Bioflavanoids – aid in the absorption of vitamins and act as important anti-oxidants. Citrus Bioflavanoids inhibit collagenase and elastase, the enzymes responsible for the breakdown of connective tissue. In addition to protecting connective tissues, they also protect against free radical damage.

I’m still on my first bottle (at the time of writing this), but I’m sure glad I signed up. It’s making my days much more bearable while I continue searching for the right program to fix my back pain and give me lasting sciatic relief — until then I’ve at least got Heal-n-Soothe. A safe alternative to dangerous prescription drugs that actually works.
I hope you can find lasting sciatic relief, and if you do, please let me know about it. We’re in this together. As I find new or lasting ways to get sciatic relief I will definitely be sharing it here on this website — Until then… don’t hurt…?

Heal-n-Soothe is the best pain reliever on the market!!
It beats all of my prescription pain meds, and its SAFE TO TAKE!!
I highly recommend signing up for the free trial!
Hey there, this ‘Heal-n-soothe’ sounds awesome, I would just want to take it for healths sake!
Ive recently gotten involved in the line of work of Marijuana, and a few people who I deal with have back pain. They stand by marijuana as the “best back pain relief medicine” that they have tried yet.
Im going to sign up for Heal-n-soothe right now, so I can take it to them to try it out! Im sure its a hell-of-a lot cheaper than buying a ton of pot.
I also have a relative down in California who has a crop, and license to sell medicinal marijuana. The united states law doesn’t require you to be terminally ill in order to have a license, and she states that marijuana has helped her and the many others deal with their pain.
Now if only it weren’t so bad for your lungs!
Hey Cam.
Organically grown and properly flushed pot isn’t all that bad for the lungs, though I wouldn’t go as far to say that it’s good for them.
I smoke pot, and eat pot, both for pain and recreation. It does certainly help, and it helps more than most prescription meds I’ve tried. I find that most prescriptions don’t do anything but make me feel sicker and weaker.
Heal-N-Soothe is a great product. I find it very effective, but lately it’s been upsetting my stomach when I take it on an empty stomach as instructed. My naturopathic doctor told me that even though it’s better to take it on an empty stomach, it’s better to take it with food than to not take it at all. It makes sense, so if they complain of having an upset stomach after taking HNS on an empty stomach, tell them to try taking it with a bit of food, and of course, LOTS of water.
