The Body By Vi Challenge kits are the only health products that I recommend equally as much as Dr. Mercola’s stuff — and that’s saying a lot coming from me, because I am a huge fan of Dr. Mercola.

I actually switched most of my supplements from Dr. Mercola’s brand to the Vi-Pak because I get way more bang for my buck with body by vi.

The Vi-Pak is my favorite Visalus product, but everything I have tried from them so far has been great. All of the shakes taste delicious. I tried some of the other competitor brands and they usually taste weird or leave a chalky kind of feeling on my tongue, but the Vi-Shape shake mix literally tastes like cake mix and isn’t gritty at all.

With the 90 Day Challenge there are 4 challenge kits to choose from, depending on what your goal is you might want to choose any one of the four. I personally take the Core Kit and I’ve been feeling great since I switched over. Like I said, my favorite part of the Core Kit is the Vi-Pak which is actually 4 supplements in one box.

It includes a chelated Multivitamin & Mineral, an Anti-Oxidant, an Anti-Aging & Energy, and an Omega & Essential Oil supplement. They even come in convenient daily packets, the yellow packet in the AM and the blue packet in the PM. I really like these little packets because it makes it much easier than digging through 6 or 7 different bottles each day and trying to remember how many of what to take and at what time. The Vi-Pak makes it quick and easy to just grab your morning or evening packet, rip it open, and get your vitamin fix for the day.

There are also some other products like the Vi-Slim and Vi-Trim which help people who are seriously trying to lose some weight, there are healthy energy drinks called Neuro that actually wake up your brain and cause your neurons to start firing more efficiently (hence the name, Neuro Energy). Body by Vi also has great meal replacement cookies called the Nutra-Cookie, mints that cut your cravings for sugary foods called Deter-Mints, a herbal metabolism booster called Metab-Awake, and a variety of awesome flavor mix-ins for the Vi-Shape Shake Mix. Each of the flavor mix-ins have an added health benefit too, which is pretty cool.

Another thing I like about Visalus is that you can win some pretty awesome prizes (for real) just for taking part in the 90 Day Challenge and documenting your results with before and after pictures.
