Today I want to just post a quick little bit here about ‘tapping’, also known as meridian tapping, emotional freedom technique, the Callahan technique, and more. This is a method of applying pressure or repeated tapping to specific places on the surface of the skin to encourage your body to react in a certain way. Usually to promote healing or emotional well being.
I came across a post on the Steve Pavlina forums today with links to these same youtube videos. I thought I should share them here, just because.
I’ve been reading about ‘tapping’ quite a bit lately, and I recently ordered a copy of this Meridian Tapping Technique Book & DVD set. I haven’t received it yet though so I can’t say much about it just yet. Anyway, here’s how you can ‘tap your way to a better day.‘
