What will happen in 2012?

So many people are asking the question What will happen in 2012?

It seems like everyone these days has heard that something is supposed to happen in 2012, yet nobody knows what it is. Many people think it’s going to be a great cataclysmic event or the end of the world, the return of Jesus, an alien invasion, an asteroid strike, a great flood, the return of Nibiru, the activation of the galactic love beam, or some other crazy idea. Just about every possibility has been promoted by someone, somewhere, for some reason. Some of the ideas are rooted in ancient civilizations like the Maya and the Hopi who’s ‘Great Cycle’ calendars end around the winter solstice in December 2012. Many people think it’s just the end of one cycle and the start of the next, while others think that it will be the next step in the evolution of consciousness – I tend to agree.

2012 is the ‘deadline’ for us to make the choice: Love or Fear.

Now, let me get this out now before I cause too much confusion — There is really no ‘deadline’ for us to make our choice, but by 2012 the speed of creation will be so quick that it will be much harder to change the base of reality from fear to love or from love to fear. It appears as though there are two directions that the human experience may go, the direction of love, or the direction of fear. Let me explain a bit…

Love

Those of us who choose love will become the conscious creators of our own reality. The masters of our own experience. You can already see some of the people who have chosen this path, the people who appear to be gifted in manifestation, the people who know how to use the law of attraction and apply it successfully, those living happy and healthy lives full of abundance. Watching the way these people’s lives seem to fall perfectly into place gives you a glimpse of what life will be like for those who side with love.

I’m not talking about the kind of love that puts people in a starry-eyed stupor, prancing around in a daze holding hands or anything like that. This is not the love between a man and a woman but the love between all men and all women. The love I’m talking about is the kind that is rooted in oneness. The kind of love you experience when you realize that we’re all deeply connected on a much higher level than we observe in our daily lives. We are all equally important parts of a larger whole. There wouldn’t be an ocean if the drops were not connected, and what affects one drop affects all of the drops around it. Human consciousness is no different and you can think of each person as an individual drop in an ocean of infinite consciousness.

The people who choose the path of love will start to align their actions with love. This means that they will be conscious of their choices and their effects on not just their own experience but that of all others. They will recognize that loving others is in fact the same as loving themselves. When more people begin to align their actions with love, the world will begin to reflect that choice. Those who choose this path will build their experience on connection, happiness, health, and wealth. Helping other people and helping yourself will be the same if you choose the path of love.

Behaving in a way that is in alignment with love will naturally allow us to grow more conscious. When we choose love we allow ourselves to tap into the infinite power of the universe, to tap into the power of the great ocean of infinite consciousness. A drip of water may not seem like a whole lot, but when it’s connected to an enormous 30 foot wave it’s a different story, isn’t it? By choosing the path of love we will learn to tap into the power of the entire ocean of consciousness. We will learn that it’s the drops that make up the wave, and to be a drop in the wave is to be the wave itself — and the entire ocean too!

Those who side with love will eventually master intention manifestation. Of course, we are all already masters of manifestation, but most of us haven’t fully realized it yet. Choosing love will allow us to fully understand how the universe works and our place within it. We will learn how to build our own experience to be whatever we desire it to be — with no limits, and how to eliminate fear and doubt from our lives. Instead of perpetually manifesting the default ‘status quo’ we will be able to manifest whatever we wish to experience, harnessing the power of our true self – infinite consciousness.

The power to create our own universe and take control of our individual reality tunnel is within reach, but without a conscious choice and a focused effort in the time leading up to 2012 we will become stuck manifesting the default programming rooted in fear and disconnect.

Fear

The people who believe that 2012 is the end of the world have already chosen the path of fear. There is still time for you to change your alignment, but if you believe that in 2012 there will be some end-of-the-world scenario, you’re probably already manifesting that dark reality for yourself. Your thoughts and beliefs create the reality that you find yourself in and believing that it’s all about to come crashing down will probably bring you a world that is coming crashing down.

A lot of people are worried about the New World Order, the illuminati, the return of planet-x or nibiru, reptilians, martial law, world government and total enslavement. This is fear based thinking and leads to exactly what is feared. I’ve been through all of the documentaries, the books, the news, and the theories. I know there’s some crazy shit going on in our world right now but spending your time and energy focusing on it only gives it more power. Maybe Obama is from Kenya and is conspiring to change the laws so that other foreigners like Arnold Schwarzenegger can become president in 2012, or maybe it’s you conspiring to manifest that strange reality for yourself. Don’t give your power away to the illuminati, they have enough power. Give your power back to yourself and take control of your own reality instead.

People who choose fear often do it without being aware of their choice. The people who have dedicated their lives to uncovering the real controllers and shadow governments in our world have their hearts in the right places – but their minds not so much. Most of them have gone far on the quest for knowledge but many have missed the most important secret of all – our thoughts shape our reality. Any researcher who leaves this information out of their presentation is contributing to the fear mindset, probably without even knowing they are doing so. Most of them do not offer any real solutions, they’re of the belief that we’re hooped and have no chance of taking back our power. If they do offer a ‘solution’ it’s usually just a new mask on the same old face – solutions that rely on a fear based reality. Solutions that rely on reclaiming your power only briefly, just to give it away to something else a short while later. That’s because they fail to realize that we already have all the power that we need, we’ve just been giving it away to the lowest bidder all this time.

When I say ‘stop giving your power away’ I don’t mean stick your head in the sand and ignore the problems we’re facing — not at all. I do mean stop giving your power away to them. By aligning your thoughts and actions with love, the problems will practically solve themselves. That doesn’t mean it will be effortless and you can just sit around watching TV because everything will just fix itself — that wouldn’t be action aligned with love. Aligning our actions with love will inspire us to make positive changes to the world around us, and others will see what a difference it makes and will be inspired to do the same. Eventually so many people will be aligned with love that there will be no chance for fear to take hold, and conscious decision making and problem solving can then ensue.

These end of the world scenarios are in place to wake you up, not to enslave you. Some of the scenarios appear only to be gaining momentum as time passes, but this is to show you that we are running out of time to make our choice; Freedom or fascism? Love or fear?

Failing to make a choice

If you’re reading this article and have never heard of the things I’ve mentioned, 2012, mayan calendar, illuminati, new world order, project blue beam, a transformation of consciousness, or anything else – it’s likely that you are operating on the default programming of reality. You’re undecided or in denial, and both of those choices will likely land you on the path of fear.

Being indecisive about this important fork-in-the-road will leave you stuck with the status quo — continually manifesting what you are told to manifest by your programming and your environment. This will almost always direct you down the path of fear by default. Until you consciously take back your power and accept responsibility for your life the current world situations will continue to unfold as per usual. If you’ve noticed the eerie trends and direction that our world is currently headed you probably don’t want to be on that path. Where it leads is not pretty and it does not put you in control of your life and your reality. In fact, the path of fear will end in your being enslaved to soulless, unloving entities that do not have your best interest in mind.

Not all of those who are indecisive will choose fear by default, but the vast majority will. This is because their actions are largely based on fear, they are already aligned with this path without even knowing it. Those who fail to make a choice but live their lives in alignment with love will likely choose to evolve on the path of love by default. But there are not many people who live in alignment with love without making a conscious choice to do so, so it’s very probable that the majority of those who are undecided or unaware of their choice will end up on the path of fear. That’s just how it is right now, our current reality is based on fear and so the general population also has a reality that is based on fear.

Making the choice

As the pressure builds on you to make your choice you can expect the universe to give you a taste of both sides. You’ll notice an increase in manifestations from both paths. Both love and fear will make dazzling appearances in your reality — you may experience jaw-dropping or spectacular events that are easily identifiable as being rooted in either fear or love. These events are there to help you decide which path you’d like to travel.

You’ll have opportunities to build new loving connections and better align yourself with love. You’ll have experiences that teach you about the incredible power you have deep within yourself, and your power of manifestation. But at the same time you’ll be bombarded with fear tactics — the forces in control right now don’t want to lose their power, so you can expect from them many attempts to scare you out of alignment with love — each time getting stronger and more intense. Show that you are firm in your decisions and don’t let yourself be pushed onto a path you don’t want to be on by courageously facing your fears — and conquering them!

So what do you want? Make your choice and show the universe that you’re serious about it by consciously bringing your decisions into alignment with the path of your choosing. 2012 is not the end at all, it’s the beginning. Soon we will arrive at that fork in the road and will have to make the choice — which direction will you go? Which path will you choose?

(Side note): There is no reason to put off making your choice until 2012. The reality of it is that only the present moment exists, the future and the past are only made up collections of thoughts. They do not really exist anywhere outside of you. Waiting for some great big event on Dec. 21, 2012 is silly, choose your reality now in the present moment, it’s the only time that counts. Align your actions with truth, love, and power today and we can build a better world NOW. :)

I’ve had fairly severe back pain going on for about 5 years now. Some days are worse than others but lately it’s been getting worse. Over the last six months it has developed into sciatica and severe pain nearly every day. I know it’s developed into sciatica because I’ve started getting tingling and numbness down my right leg when I am sitting or standing in certain positions. I’ve even been hobbling around a bit for the last few weeks, almost limping due to the pain. It’s especially painful when I sit down or stand up. When I lay down to go to bed I have a hard time falling asleep lately because of the pain. I simply can’t be comfortable for more than a few minutes before I have to roll over or change positions.

At the beginning of 2010 I decided one of my goals for this year was to eliminate my back pain and live pain free. Of all my goals for 2010, this is the only one I have yet to complete, so it’s time to get serious about back pain.

When I first injured my back in 2005 I started seeing a chiropractor. I had daily appointments with him for 2 weeks and then weekly appointments for about 6 months after that, but it didn’t fix my pain. In fact, I think it did more harm than good because the treatment was non specific and wasn’t combined with any sort of stretching or muscle balancing. I’d just go in, he’d crack my back, and I’d go back to work. It felt okay immediately following a back cracking, but it would be bothering me again by the next day.

Eventually the chiropractor started telling me I was at 80% recovery, and then 90%, and then I was good to go and should only come back if it bothered me. The truth was that it bothered me every day still and he was trying to plant the idea in my mind that I had been healed, which I was not. That much was painfully obvious to me.

After I’d given up on chiropractic, I re-injured myself at work. It wasn’t really a re-injury because it had never even gone away, but a large stack of cardboard had fallen and I tried to catch it, resulting in some severe pain in my lower back. I left work that day and went to the doctor. The doctor referred me to a physical therapist that was highly recommended by her, so I decided to give physio a try, hoping it would solve my problem for good.

I spent about 4 months going to physio therapy. The therapist I was seeing was a nice guy who was able to get me motivated to fix the back pain, but the problem was that he didn’t know how to fix it. I hadn’t been diagnosed with anything specific, only lower back pain due to a work related injury. The best explanation I got was that I had restricted movement in my lower vertebrae which was causing me pain. There was no mention of how or why the movement was restricted, no mention of inflammation, and no mention of muscle imbalances.

Physio consisted of a lot of massages and heat. I was also directed to do some exercises like squats, chair-sits, and what they call the ‘cobra’ pose in yoga. Doing this didn’t seem to make my back feel much better. The cobra pose seemed to help a bit, but other than that I didn’t get much relief from the exercises or massage. I had to quit physio because I was supposed to move out of province, but that fell through. I never went back to physio therapy and I kind of lost hope. After going so long with different treatments with no real relief and hearing everyone say “back pain is something you deal with for the rest of your life” I started to believe it.

Muscle Imbalances & Muscle Balance Therapy

A few months ago when I started getting tingling and numbness in my leg and the pain started getting worse, I decided it’s time to fix it for real this time. I started doing some of my own research on back pain online and I’ve since learned quite a bit about the underlying causes of back pain. It all comes down to muscle imbalances which cause the hips to be pulled out of alignment which in turn causes pain in the form of bulging or herniated discs and sciatica.

Since I found this information I’ve become quite confident that back pain, sciatica, and disc problems are actually very fixable. There’s no need to live my whole life suffering from pain. I bought a Nubax Trio a few months ago and have been using it on and off. It’s a spinal decompression unit and an alternative to inversion therapy. The Nubax helps and it does what it’s supposed to do for sure, but I think I would go with an inversion table if I had the space for one. The Nubax won’t decompress past your shoulders, it’s effective for what I need it for but inversion would be better for the upper back and neck decompression. The Nubax Trio gives a good decompression for the lower and middle back but it doesn’t cure back pain all by itself, though it does give some relief.

I recently got my copy of the Lose The Back Pain system produced by Jesse Cannone and Steve Hefferon of the Healthy Back Institute. I am going to begin to use the system this weekend, I’m just waiting on someone to help take the photographs required to begin the self-assessment as directed in the LTBP system. Once I have completed the complete self-assessment I can move on to the 3rd step in the program which is correcting the root problems with muscle balance therapy combined with spinal decompression.

I’m kind of annoyed that I went and bought the Nubax Trio and the Lose The Back Pain System separately because I just found out that Jesse and Steve are now doing something I never thought I’d see them do… They’re giving their system away for free when you buy an inversion table. They’re also offering $100 off of their inversion tables right now, so I could have saved myself almost $200 if I were able to take advantage of this deal a few months ago. But alas, I could not because they weren’t offering this deal at the time and they’re only offering it for a limited time now, so if you’re thinking about it, stop thinking and go take advantage of this offer right now before you miss out. They even offer a payment plan so you can split your bill into 3 payments so you don’t have to break the bank because you broke your back… Okay, that was lame. I know. :P

I’ve already learned a lot from the first portion of the system, I now know that my hips are definitely out of alignment and I know this is causing my pain. My right side hip is 1-2 inches higher than the left side! No wonder I have so much back pain! I can’t wait to get into the self-treatment part of the program. I hope it’s as effective as the hundreds of reviews and testimonials say it is.

Jesse Cannone, Steve Hefferon, and the Healthy Back Institute have now sold over 57,000 copies of this system and I haven’t read very many complaints about it. Mostly all I can find are really good reviews of the program. I also find it promising that my most trusted health resource, Dr. Mercola, is a supporter of Jesse and Steve’s Lose The Back Pain system. I trust Dr. Mercola a lot, so if he’s backing this system I know it’s going to be effective.

Basically my plan is to start out with a 30 day trial of the system to get myself into the groove and get a good start on re-aligning my hips and taking the pressure off of my sciatic nerve. After 30 days I expect that I will at least see some improvement. I hope that after 30 days of working with this system I will have no more pain but only time will tell. I know that it took several years to get my back messed up so reversing it could take a long time too.

Over the next 30 days I will also be seeing an acupuncturist to help reduce the pain while I use the LTBP system to begin correcting the underlying causes. I will also be using the Nubax Trio for spinal decompression every day as directed in the LTBP system, and I think I might go to a chiropractor a few times as well to add a little force to the whole deal and pop my back into better alignment while using muscle balance therapy to strengthen the weak muscles and stretch the tight ones so that my muscles will begin to hold my hips in better alignment naturally.

I think this approach will be a good one, taking advantage of several treatment options in the right combination should effectively eliminate my back pain and keep it away within a month to 6 months… Just on time to achieve my goal before the end of the year. :)

I’ll post updates as I progress through the system, and probably write a few more articles going into some of the things I learn about back pain and its causes as I go.
