Thank you for the comments ! I will check out your links.

Today I ate a lot more food and I'm starting to experiment with some recipes and things. I have a book by David Wolfe but it's on superfoods not the raw food diet. I do have another book by Natasha Kyssa about Raw Food Detoxing.

I am going to write my day 3 report right away so check back in a couple of hours! :)

Wow took me like 5 minutes to figure out where the comment button was haha. I have been reading this site of yours and I enjoy it. More people should comment on what you put up - but at least you know I am here ;p. I think I have much in common with you actually hehe. I made the full switch today to vegetarian only so today is my day 1. I'm trying not to have any pre conieved ideas in my head about day 2 - to me the whole thing isn't really a big deal, although it could be easier finding good food. I also don't own a TV or a microwave. I don't drink tap water, don't brush my teeth with flouride, and don't use an unnatural underarm stick.

If you make a big deal about it it's gonna be harder for you. I just go about my day...minus the meats and bullshit thrown at you all day every day.

Fingers crossed for you but have you worked out any kind of diet plan? Sounds like you ate a lot of broccoli (a bit hard on the system - did you say you felt worse after eating it at lunch?) and didn't have any kind of fatty foods (avocado etc). Two really good resources for starting out a raw diet are David Wolfe (Sunfood System) and Frederic Patenaude (fredericpatenaude.com)

I do also have a copy of the menu plan I did for my first week at http://crystalsquest.com/raw-food-update-menu-plan/ - that was based on David Wolfe's stuff and it worked well (although it's a LOT of food to get through so I had very little chance for cravings). I've read a few things that say the biggest mistake most newbies make is not eating enough raw food when they start, and I certainly had a huge trolley of food from the menu plan. I've learnt since that it's because modern convenience foods are concentrated, while raw stuff isn't, so your body will need more of it, although equally it won't need as much water once you've gone through the detox.

Good luck,
