Day 13 of the raw food diet was another good one. It was fairly normal in almost all respects. Day 13 and 14 are moving days. The place I was renting was sold and the new owners get possession on the 15th so I have been in the process of moving (again). This is the 2nd last time I will have to move this year. I’ll be moving again in August and that move should be more permanent since I will finally be moving into my own house.
This update is going to be quick because I don’t have much to say. The day went as most of the others have and nothing exciting happened. I experienced very little detox side effects on Day 13 and had high levels of energy throughout the day.
On Day 13 I ate 2 bananas, 150g raspberries, 1 pear, and a large salad with 300 g Dole Southwest Salad Mix, 2 handfulls of spinach, and 500g of mixed mushrooms, peppers, bean sprouts, and snow peas. The salad was pretty heavy and I didn’t finish the whole thing. I still have about a quarter of it left to eat today (day 14).
That’s all I ate on day 13 because after moving I went to bed fairly early since I have a bunch of days off and don’t have any good reason to stay up all night like I normally would during a week that I work a lot.
That’s it for today. I will have a slightly more exciting post for day 14.
