Nubax Trio, 3 days later… Spinal decompression works!
Posted by MitchFeb 23
I recently ordered a Nubax Trio from the Healthy Back Institute in my effort to cure my back pain which is one of my goals for 2010. It arrived 3 days ago and I began using it immediately after setting it up. Setting it up was fairly easy and to my pleasant surprise, my back began feeling better after the 2nd time I used it on the first day. After using the Nubax for a total of only about 6 minutes I was already having some good results. Impressive results, actually.
If you don’t already know what it is, the Nubax Trio is a device for spinal decompression. It is an alternative to inversion therapy. Spinal decompression is a proven effective way to remove the pressure on the spinal discs and vertebrae, allowing nourishing and healing fluids to move around in the spine and heal any herniated or bulging discs. It also allows your spine to begin to move back into its natural shape when used frequently.
There are many methods of spinal decompression but the most popular is by using a device called an inversion table. Inversion tables have some advantages over the Nubax Trio. Mainly that it can give you decompression up into the neck and also decompresses your hips, knees, and ankle joints as well. There are also some disadvantages to inversion therapy and many people with knee, ankle, or hip problems can not use inversion therapy because it may do more harm than good for those individuals. The Nubax Trio is the device that I chose mainly because it is smaller than an inversion table and is more portable. The cost for both are about the same, so I went with the Nubax mainly because of its size. I also don’t like being upside down all that much so the Nubax Trio was more appealing to me. The Nubax could even be used on your bed and is very simple to use. I read about an 87 year old grandmother who has been doing exactly that and said she feels better than she has in many years!
I have now had the Nubax Trio for 3 days and for 3 days I have been experiencing less back pain than I have in the last 4 or 5 years. So far, the Nubax is getting big ups from me. I plan to do a full out video review of this device after I have tested it thoroughly, but so far it’s surpassed my expectations.
When I decided to buy the Nubax after doing a ton of research on spinal decompression and traction, I expected that it might be kind of painful the first few times. I also thought it would take a week or so before I noticed any kind of progress, and was kind of expecting something half-assed. To my surprise, after the first use I already noticed that my back felt looser, longer, and almost like it could ‘breathe’. I also thought the first time that I used it that my back would crack and pop like crazy, but it didn’t. I have used the Nubax about 7 times now for 2-3 minutes at a time and it has not caused my back to pop at all.
Using the Nubax looks more complicated than it is. The first time using it you think it might be hard to keep your balance or that it might require some effort or strength from your back or abs. It doesn’t require any effort at all and puts no strain on your back. It applies an even decompression from the base of your spine all the way up to your shoulders, and is extremely easy to use. You feel like you are in complete control the entire time you are using it. As long as you don’t lean into it too quickly and move in a steady and controlled way I don’t think you could hurt yourself using this device.
After using the Nubax Trio it doesn’t cause any discomfort when I do the sciatic stretch which I learned about several weeks ago. Before I had the Nubax it was sometimes painful to start doing the stretch, but since I have been using it the stretch does not cause any pain. This suggests to me that the Nubax has removed the pressure on the sciatic nerve which has been causing me most of my pain. It also doesn’t hurt nearly as much to stand up after sitting for a while, and my leg has stopped going tingly when sitting.
Needless to say, I am very happy with my purchase thus far. These last three days have almost been worth the cost of the Nubax already. I will do a complete video review of this product in a week or so from now after I have really had a chance to fully test it.

I have suffered for five years now with a herniated disc in my L5-S1. In August 2009, the pain became very intense and by March 2010, I was experiencing numbness in my left foot. I purchased the Back To Life machine in August 2010 and it tuned out to be a gimmick that was not helpful. I purchased the Nubax Trio out of desperation about 6 weeks ago. This machine is incredible. I have used it twice a day and my pain has stopped. I highly recommend it for anyone.

Thanks for the comment, Brad. I’m happy to hear your pain has gone away.
I like my nubax as well.
BTW – did you come from the future just to let me know about your nubax trio ?
You said that you got your Nubax in August 2010, but it’s only June 2010.
